Refund Process:

  • Once the eligibility and conditions are verified, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued through the original payment method and may take 5-7 days to reflect in your account.

Therapist Consultations:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds for therapist chat consultations are considered within 5 days from the date of the scheduled consultation.

Conditions for Refund:

  • Refunds are applicable if the user hasn’t engaged or initiated the scheduled chat session with the therapist.
  • Refund requests should be made within the specified timeframe and should include a valid reason.

Refund Process:

  • To request a refund for a therapist chat consultation, contact our customer support team at physiociti@gmail.com with your consultation details and the reason for the refund request.
  • Once the eligibility and conditions are verified, we will process the refund. The refund amount will be reimbursed via the original payment method and may take 5-7 days to reflect in your account.

General Terms:

  • Refunds will not be provided if the user has accessed or utilized the purchased service.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the outlined conditions.
  • Any processing fees or charges incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the refund amount.
